While many sellers are reliable, bait-and-switch tactics and resellers do exist, so researching sellers beforehand is essential for a smooth experience.
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the items being shipped. For most countries, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks. Each shipment includes a tracking number and an estimated delivery timeframe based on the chosen shipping line.
HOW TO BUY
Step 1: Create an account & find products
Sign up for MuleBuy – using this code gives you $100* in coupons toward your shipment. Once your account is created, return here and browse our listings. You can select a single item or multiple items, and open each product’s MuleBuy page by clicking on the images.
Step 2: Add items to your cart
On each product page, select your size and any other options, then add the item(s) to your cart. Your cart will save everything until you’re ready to check out.
Step 3: Pay for your items
When you’re finished selecting items, click the cart icon and complete payment. Your items will be shipped to MuleBuy’s warehouse first. Once everything arrives, you can choose your preferred shipping method, apply your coupons, and confirm payment to have the package shipped directly to you.
Step 4: Track your parcel
After the warehouse packages your items, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress on the Parcel page. Once your package arrives, you can apply for rewards toward your next haul.
